Deposit: 50% upfront deposit once we have confirmed your booking.

If you are making a booking within 7 days of your arrival we require full  upfront payment.

Cancellation policy:

Full refund of deposit if you cancel >14 days before arrival​.

50% refund of deposit if you cancel between 14 - 7 days before arrival.

No refund of full upfront payment if you cancel <7 days prior to arrival.

All rates are charged per room and it is a function of the number of people that occupy the room.  

All rates are Vat inclusive.

Child Policy:

Under 2 stay free, if you would like to arrange a cot, the cost of the cot is N$ 100.

All children over 2 pay adult rates.

Pets  policy: Allowed by prior arrangement, at a cost of N$ 100 per night per pet. 

Breakfast/Dinner/Beverages :

Dinner can be pre-ordered at N$ 180 per person (please give us 48 hours notice)

Kids under 12 can pre-order dinner at N$ 90 per person (similar to an adult meal just half the portion)

"Take away" breakfast hamper at N$ 50 per person.

Complimentary beer, cooldrink and water in each room upon arrival.

Check-in from 14:00 to 17:00 but you are welcome to arrange for late check-in until 20:00 at no cost.

Check-out is at 11:00.
