Choose from our seven free-standing cottages: three triple units for smaller groups or four family cottages accommodating up to four guests each, all featuring private patios, air conditioning, WiFi, and en-suite bathrooms with luxury bedding. Each cottage comes with a tea/coffee station and fridge/freezer but does not offer any food preparation facilities.
For those requiring kitchen facilities, our new self-catering cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting areas with a smart TV, and accommodates six guests across two air-conditioned bedrooms. This special unit includes a private bathroom and a covered veranda overlooking a peaceful courtyard garden.
Pets and animals Pets are not permitted. Please note that Kitchen51 is a working farm with resident animals. Guests with animal allergies should take this into consideration before booking.

Fully equipped kitchen, dining, and sitting areas with a Smart TV.
Two bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests (each with one double and one single bed).
Air conditioning, 100% cotton bedding & towels, one private bathroom with a shower, private veranda with outdoor dining overlooking courtyard garden, outside BBQ/Braai with utensils and braai grid, complimentary beer, cold drink and water in each room upon arrival.

N$ 3000 (up to 4 people) & N$200 per extra person (max 6)
All rates are charged per room, based on the number of people that occupy the room.
All rates are VAT inclusive.
Deposit and Cancellation policy:
a) 50% upfront deposit required once we have confirmed your booking.
You will forfeit the full upfront deposit if you cancel your booking anytime after confirmation.
b) If you are making a booking within 7 days of your arrival, we require full upfront payment.
No refund of this full upfront payment if you cancel within these 7 days prior to arrival.
Child Policy:
Under 2 stay free; if you would like to arrange a cot, the cost of the cot is N$ 100.
All children over 2 pay adult rates.

Dinner can be pre-ordered at N$ 240 per person (please give us 48 hours notice)
Kids under 12 can pre-order dinner at N$ 120 per person (half portion)
Buffet style breakfast at N$ 150 per person.

Check-in from 15:00 to 17:00 (can accommodate late check-in until 20:00 at no cost. Early check-in may be arranged on request and is subject to availability at a fee of N$200 per hour.
Check-out is at 10:00.
